Lettings Branch Manager

Basic Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
On-Target Earnings: £50,000+ in year one

• Run daily meetings, energise your team, and ensure core performance targets are exceeded.

Drive Performance & Growth

• Use your commercial awareness to generate new business, maximise market share, and create repeat opportunities.

• Deliver strategic plans that elevate branch performance and outshine the competition.

Deliver Outstanding Service

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with landlords and tenants.

• Oversee tenant liaison, viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements.

Protect the Business

• Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry best practice.

• Identify and manage risk to safeguard branch performance and reputation.

• At least 2 years' experience in residential lettings at Senior Negotiator level or above.

• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates others to excel.

• Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with proven success in driving results.

• Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance standards.

• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload.

• Someone who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service.

• Confident using Microsoft Office.

• A full UK manual driving licence.

• Competitive Basic: £25,000 - £30,000
