Lettings & Tenancy Manager: Property Portfolio Lead

Rayner Personnel is seeking an organised, proactive Tenancy Manager/Property Manager to join a busy lettings team in Hoddesdon/Cheshunt. You will oversee the tenancy process from move-in to move-out while managing a portfolio of residential properties and delivering excellent customer service to landlords and tenants.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and confident in building relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors.
