Job Description

A residential property business is seeking an organised and customer-focused Lettings & Tenancy Coordinator to join its Bushey office. This role would suit someone who enjoys administration, coordinating processes and supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy journey.

Location: Bushey, WD19 4EA

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage tenancy administration from offer agreed through to move-in, including referencing and tenancy documentation
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal departments to ensure all parties are kept informed throughout the process
  • Arrange and monitor pre-tenancy repairs, maintenance works, inventories and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records across lettings and property management systems, ensuring all documentation is up to date
  • Support tenants through the move-in process and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Conduct property visits when required, including inspections, meter readings, key management and contractor access arrangements
