What You'll Do:

• Act as the face of the student accommodation portfolio, conducting accompanied viewings and guiding tenants through the letting process with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage tenancy agreements and contractual signups, ensuring all properties are fully let and comply with regulations.
• Oversee regular maintenance checks and coordinate summer refurbishments to keep the portfolio in excellent condition.
• Handle daily estate management, responding to tenant queries promptly and building strong relationships to foster a vibrant, supportive community.
• Serve as the main point of contact for tenants across the entire portfolio, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing their needs effectively.

• You have experience in lettings, property management, or student accommodation, with a talent for managing multiple tasks.
  
• You're proactive, organised, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where each day brings new challenges.
