Lettings Administrator

Location: Brighton, BN1 3XP

Position: Permanent - Full Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing tenancy administration from offer agreed through to move in
  • Preparing tenancy agreements, legal documentation and compliance paperwork
  • Coordinating property compliance requirements and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors regarding tenancy matters and maintenance issues
  • Conducting property inspections and supporting occasional property viewings
  • Providing administrative support across the lettings department and assisting with day to day office operations
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous experience within a lettings, property or estate agency administration role
  • Strong understanding of lettings processes and property compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise a busy workload effectively
  • Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and property CRM systems
  • Positive, flexible and team focused approach to work
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for inspections and viewings
