Job Description
We're looking for a proactive Lettings Administrator to join a fast-paced, resident-focused team at a leading BTR development in London. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting lettings negotiations and achieving weekly/monthly leasing targets
- Managing enquiries via phone and email, booking viewings, and registering applicants
- Processing tenancy applications and referencing in a timely and compliant manner
- Drafting tenancy documents and registering deposits
- Maintaining accurate records and updating client files
- Collaborating with the marketing team on PR campaigns and resident events
- Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive community atmosphere
We're looking for someone who is:
- Organised, efficient, and reliable, making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes all the while ensuring a friendly and helpful front of house experience.
- Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, a natural flair for customer service.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
- A strong team player with a professional attitude
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in lettings or residential property administration
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with property management software (Yardi preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work some weekends and bank holidays
- Experience in BTR
