Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Lettings Administrator to join a fast-paced, resident-focused team at a leading BTR development in London. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting lettings negotiations and achieving weekly/monthly leasing targets
  • Managing enquiries via phone and email, booking viewings, and registering applicants
  • Processing tenancy applications and referencing in a timely and compliant manner
  • Drafting tenancy documents and registering deposits
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating client files
  • Collaborating with the marketing team on PR campaigns and resident events
  • Providing exceptional customer service and fostering a positive community atmosphere

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Organised, efficient, and reliable, making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes all the while ensuring a friendly and helpful front of house experience.
  • Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, a natural flair for customer service.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in lettings or residential property administration
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with property management software (Yardi preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work some weekends and bank holidays
  • Experience in BTR
