Lettings Administrator - 1-Year Maternity Cover

Pear Recruitment is seeking a Lettings Administrator (Maternity Cover 1 Year) in Marylebone, London. Salary £30,000-£34,000, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm. You will manage paperwork for new lettings from offer to move-in and support the lettings team in a fast-paced property environment.

Ideal candidates have a background in administration within residential property or similar sales, with strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail. ARLA Level 3 is beneficial but not essential.
