Letting Agent / Portfolio Manager

Market available properties and arrange viewings for prospective tenants. Process tenant applications, run reference checks and prepare lease agreements. Handle tenant queries, maintenance requests and regular property inspections and ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) rules. Maintain strong, professional relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)

• Proven experience as a letting agent, property manager, or in a similar real estate role.
• A valid PSRA (Property Services Regulatory Authority) licence is required, minimum catagory C.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Galway property market and Irish tenancy laws.
• A full clean driving licence and access to your own car.
• Reporting to head office in Dublin as required
