Lessons Learned Leader, Construction Excellence

The Operational Lessons Learned Manager at Sisk Group will lead the development and embedding of the Lessons Learned framework across projects and functions. You will drive post-completion reviews, in-flight learning capture, and a central repository of insights to improve future delivery.

You will partner with the Group Knowledge Manager to establish governance, monitor learning interventions and report trends to senior stakeholders, ensuring tangible improvements and reliable performance
