Lending Sales Enablement Architect

OakNorth's lending business is scaling across the UK and US, and we need a Sales Enablement Lead to join our Commercial Strategy team within Debt Finance. You will own the sales enablement engine, translating how senior dealmakers operate into practical tools, playbooks, and training to unlock Directors' potential.

This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role that requires credibility with senior originators and a talent for turning tacit knowledge into usable resources.
