Leisure Centre General Manager - Growth, Teams & Community

Leisure People in Wimbledon is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-footfall wet and dry leisure centre in Southwest London. You will oversee a turnover exceeding £3.5m, manage 100+ staff and 4000+ members, and drive a dynamic 100+ class timetable across three studios.

You will spearhead commercial performance, community wellness initiatives, and capital projects, ensuring safety, customer service and ambitious KPIs are consistently met.
