Leisure Centre Duty Manager: Lead Teams & Guest Experience

Freedom Leisure is recruiting a Duty Manager for Applemore Leisure Centre in New Forest. You will lead a friendly team, ensuring clean, safe facilities and excellent customer service across a 37-hour week on a rotating schedule.

The role offers training, development, and a supportive environment. Prior duty management or supervisory experience is valued; RLSS qualification is desirable and can be provided.
