Leisure Centre Duty Manager - Lead Teams & Service

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager for the Hailsham Leisure Centre. This full-time role involves leading a team to ensure centres are welcoming, clean and safe, while delivering outstanding customer service and managing operational income. A comprehensive training programme is provided, with opportunities for career progression.

Hours are 37 per week, across Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. We value staff who contribute to a positive community experience and inclusivity.
