Job Description

Freedom Leisure is seeking a Duty Manager to help keep our centres welcoming, clean and safe while supporting our team to deliver outstanding customer service. You'll manage daily operations, contribute to budget awareness and help drive performance across the centre.

Hours: 37 per week, rota-based across Monday to Sunday. We offer a generous benefits package, training and development, cycle-to-work, staff discounts and more. Closing date: 14 August 2026, salary up to £26,236 per annum.
