Leisure Centre Duty Manager - Lead, Develop & Deliver

Places for People Group is seeking a Duty Manager to supervise a large team, recruit and train staff, and drive membership growth in our Places Leisure centre. You will represent the organisation, ensure smooth daily operations, and respond to member inquiries with professionalism.

Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays; NPLQ qualification preferred and strong customer service and leadership skills are essential.
