Leisure Assistant - NPLQ Lifeguard

Leisure Assistants and Lifeguards to support at The Warren, ensuring our pools and leisure facilities are,

• Ensure all health and safety standards are followed and upheld at all times
• Deliver engaging activity sessions, ensuring guests have a fun and safe experience
• Set up and pack away leisure equipment efficiently between activities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the leisure facilities, including pool areas
• Support guests with general enquiries and ensure they have a positive experience at our facilities
• Lifeguard our indoor and/or outdoor swimming pools, ensuring the safety of all guests and responding to emergencies as required (dependant on qualifications)

We're seeking a responsible, proactive team player who is passionate about guest safety and leisure activities.

You'll Have:

• A Valid NPLQ Certificate (desirable)
• with the opportunity of an in-house lifeguard course being provided for the right candidates
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with guests of all ages
• A positive, professional attitude with great teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings

Desirable Skills

• Previous activity leadership experience (Desirable)
• GB Archery Award or similar activity coaching qualification (Desirable), all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
