Leisure & Pools Manager - Lead Safe, Memorable Guests

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an Activity and Leisure Manager for White Cross Bay, Windermere. You will lead the swimming pool, leisure facilities and activities programme, ensuring a high quality, safe guest experience across the park.

The role requires an NPLQ Lifeguard qualification or willingness to obtain it, plus experience managing a leisure team, strong customer focus and commercial awareness. Weekend/evening work and DBS checks apply.
