Leinster Get Rowing Programs Lead

Uniting Holding is seeking a dedicated individual to coordinate the Get Going Get Rowing programme across Leinster. This full-time role involves managing school and community programmes, recruiting and supporting coaches and volunteers, and organising events. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, a passion for rowing, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Evening and weekend work may be required, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and programme delivery.
