Legionella Remedial Engineer

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned Water Hygiene / Legionella specialist looking for a multi skilled Legionella Remedial Plumber. Candidates must hold the G3 Unvented ticket and the NVQ Level 2 in plumbing. The role involves covering contracts across the region, undertaking reactive and PPM tasks, with competitive salaries, benefits, further training and overtime opportunities.
You will be covering sites across the following areas: Luton, Bedford, Biggleswade, Sandy, St Neots, Cambridge, Hitchin, St Albans, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Aylesbury, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Bicester, Harlow, Bishops' Stortford, St Ives, Huntingdon, Corby, Enfield, Watford, Northampton, Buckingham, Chatteris, Ely, Kettering, Braintree, Sudbury, Chelmsford.
Experience / Qualifications- Worked as a Remedial Engineer within a Water Hygiene / Legionella company
- NVQ Level 2 in plumbing
- Hold the G3 Unvented ticket
- Fully versed in ACOP L8 & HSG 274 guidelines
- Hardworking engineer with good written and IT skills
- Flexible to travel as required by the company
- Conduct PPM and reactive remedial works across commercial, local authority and public sector sites
- Deadleg removals, POU heater installations, TMV servicing & installations
- Calorifier inspections, pipework adjustments, repairs and rerouting
- Sampling from closed systems, showerhead descales, flushing on little used outlets
- Valve replacements and servicing, cleans & disinfections on CWST, tank refurbishments and replacements
- Complete regular service reports
