At RelyOn UK, we prepare professionals for some of the most safety-critical and demanding industries. We are now looking for a full time Legionella Instructor to join our team at the RelyOn Training Centre.

Your role
  • The main aspect of the role will be delivering Legionella Control and other Water Systems related training courses within our centres, and also on customers premises.
  • The role will also involve working closely with the Operational Training Team to maintain and develop courses and ensuring their accuracy.
  • Working with sales and marketing to respond to customer enquiries.
Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has hands on experience working on hot and cold water systems.
  • Is confident, and have a passion for safety, training and workforce development.
  • Can communicate technical knowledge in a clear, engaging way.
  • Values precision and safety in every task.
Qualifications & requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Extensive experience in at least one of the following legionella control measures such as:
  • Fulfilling the role of the legionella Responsible Person
  • Working in healthcare applying HTM04-01 measures
  • Experience working with evaporative cooling systems
  • or experience in plumbing with good working knowledge of the Water Regulations Guide with experience of Water Regulations, Unvented Hot and Cold Water.
  • Level 3 Assessor Qualification (TAQA, A1 or equivalent).
  • Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET or equivalent).
