Job Description
About The Role 
We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, service focused individual to fulfil a crucial role within our Dispute Resolution Team. This role may be part time or full time, including working around typical school hours.
Based in our Cambridge office, you will be responsible for the day to day admin support to fee earners in the team.
Responsibilities- Undertaking routine administrative tasks for the team, including file opening, onboarding, file management and billing.
- Manage the full file closing process efficiently.
- Supporting the archiving process, liaising with the Operations team.
- Assisting with printing, copying and scanning of documentation accurately.
- Assisting with audio digital dictation as and when required.
- Previous experience in a professional environment (preferred, but not essential).
- Experience in a client facing role and a professional manner (preferred but not essential).
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Teams, and Zoom.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach and willingness to support the wider team.
