Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the legal support team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to firm policies.
- Coordinate with attorneys and other legal professionals to optimize practice management processes and improve service delivery.
- Develop and implement training programs for legal support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and guidance to promote professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all support operations.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of case management systems and other practice management tools.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal support or practice management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
