Are you an experienced Legal Secretary, Conveyancing Secretary or Legal PA looking for a role where you'll genuinely feel valued?
I'm working with a well-established, highly regarded law firm in High Wycombe that is looking to recruit a Legal Secretary / PA to provide dedicated support to a Partner within their busy Property department.

You'll be providing high-level secretarial and PA support to a Partner, assisting with a busy caseload of high-value residential property matters. Duties will include:
- Audio and copy typing
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Diary and inbox management
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Opening and closing files
- General administrative and PA support
- Helping ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Conveyancing Secretary or Legal PA
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and positive approach
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to thrive in a busy, client-focused environment
