Legal Secretary (Private Client) Aberdeenshire

Salary: £27,000-£30,000 (DOE) Hours: Full Time Permanent

Are you an organised, detail focused administrator looking to develop your career within residential property law? Our client - a respected and well established legal firm - is seeking a proactive Private Client Legal Secretary to join their team in Aberdeenshire.

About the Role

As a Private Client Legal Secretary, you'll play an integral part in supporting solicitors across a varied caseload. You'll prepare sensitive legal documentation, manage client communication and ensure files progress smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and formatting a range of Private Client documents, including wills, powers of attorney, trusts and executry paperwork
  • Typing and producing high quality correspondence and legal documentation from digital dictation
  • Managing electronic and paper files, always ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Handling client enquiries with professionalism, discretion and empathy
  • Audio typing to support fee earners
  • General administrative support
About You
  • Experience in private client
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple matters at once
  • Professional, confident and comfortable communicating with clients and external parties
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong understanding of the confidential nature of Private Client work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning case management systems
  • Able to work independently while being a reliable support to the wider team
