Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded and established law firm based in South Belfast in the search for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy and growing property team.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well-respected firm with a strong presence in the Northern Ireland property market. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Solicitor, assisting with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.About the FirmOur client is a long-established and reputable legal practice with a strong focus on delivering exceptional client service. Convenient South Belfast location with excellent transport linksKey Responsibilities Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Opening, maintaining, and closing conveyancing files in accordance with firm procedures
Audio typing and document production
Managing diaries, appointments, and key transaction dates
Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional manner
Assisting Solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
Drafting and issuing contracts, completion statements, and Land Registry documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party Solicitors
Conducting property searches and assisting with post-completion registrations
Ensuring all files are maintained accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirementsAbout You Previous experience working within Conveyancing is essential
Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Strong audio typing and document production skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
