A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a friendly and well-established law firm's Private Client Department based in Halesworth.

Whether you're an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary or have gained secretarial experience within another area of law, this role offers the opportunity to develop your career within a supportive and professional team. Previous Private Client experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

The Role - Working alongside experienced fee earners, you'll provide high quality secretarial and administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth running of a busy Private Client department. This is a varied role where excellent organisation, attention to detail and client care are key.

About You

• Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary within a UK law firm.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly telephone manner.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• The ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a collaborative team.
• Good IT skills and a high level of accuracy when preparing legal documentation.
• A proactive and positive approach to supporting colleagues and clients.

Previous experience within Private Client is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate.
