We're looking for a friendly, motivated and energetic Legal Receptionist/Typist to join our Nottingham office. What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied and important role where no two days are the same. You'll be the welcoming face and voice of the office while also supporting our legal teams with typing and administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Managing incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries
  • Typing legal correspondence and documents
  • Handling post, emails and general office administration
  • Assisting fee earners and support staff with administrative tasks
  • Keeping reception and meeting areas organised and welcoming
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure the office runs smoothly
What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from people who are:

  • Friendly, confident and professional
  • Experience of working on a reception desk
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy office
  • A strong communicator with a positive attitude
  • Fast and accurate with typing (legal typing experience is a bonus but not essential)

This role would suit someone starting their career in a legal environment or someone with previous reception or administration experience who enjoys working in a professional setting.
