Legal Internship: Research & Court Minutes (New Delhi)

Join the Office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra, Judge at the Supreme Court of India, as a legal intern. Applications are now open on a rolling basis for internships scheduled between August and December 2025.

Law students currently in their:

• 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LLB course

• 2nd or 3rd year of a 3-year LLB program

• Pursuing an LLM or another postgraduate degree in law

• Recent law graduates
  are eligible to apply.

Interns will be engaged in:

• Legal research and drafting

• Preparing case briefs, synopses, and background notes

• Attending court proceedings and recording minutes

• Assisting in academic work including lectures, seminars, and publications

This is a full-time, in-person internship based in New Delhi.

Each internship will span a minimum of four weeks, beginning on the first Monday of the month. Interns seeking extended duration or alternate start dates may be considered individually.
