Position Overview

The office is inviting applications for a Legal Internship. This opportunity is designed for dedicated law students who are eager to experience the rigors of a litigation practice. Interns will be integrated into the daily operations of the office, gaining practical insights into the preparation and management of cases heading for trial or appeal.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Education: Law students currently enrolled in a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. program (preferably in their 3rd year or above).
  • Skills: Strong research capabilities using legal databases (SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.) and effective legal drafting skills.
  • Professionalism: Punctuality, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach toward assigned tasks.
  • Commitment: Ability to dedicate full-time hours to the internship for the specified duration.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
  • Legal Research: Finding relevant precedents and statutes for ongoing civil, criminal, or commercial litigation.
  • Drafting: Assisting in the preparation of legal notices, applications, petitions, and written submissions.
  • Court Attendance: Observing proceedings before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various Tribunals to understand courtroom etiquette and advocacy.
  • Office Support: Assisting in case file management, indexing, and summarizing case briefs for senior counsel.
