Internship Overview

We are offering a comprehensive Legal Internship Program designed for aspiring legal professionals to gain practical insights and professional training through real world exposure.

Program Phases Phase 1: Training Period (Up to 6 Months)

• Unpaid, flexible duration program

• Offers intensive mentorship and foundational skill building

• Interns will gain exposure to multiple legal domains

• Includes shadowing senior associates and participating in training on legal research, drafting, and advocacy

• Duration may be adjusted based on performance

Phase 2: Paid Internship

• Begins after successful completion of the training period

• Interns take on significant responsibilities and handle real client matters

• Deeper involvement in legal projects and transactions

Responsibilities

• Conduct in depth legal research and draft detailed memoranda

• Prepare contracts, pleadings, and other legal documents under guidance

• Assist in hearings, client interactions, and documentation

• Contribute to corporate transactions, compliance work, and litigation

• Join knowledge sharing sessions and internal development programs

Desired Candidate Profile

• Final year law students or recent graduates (LL.B. or equivalent)

• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills

• High level of professionalism and a collaborative mindset

• Keen interest in corporate law, technology, and dispute resolution
