Job Description

Overview

Our client's Real Estate team advises leading investors, lenders, and developers across Ireland and internationally on real estate transactions, financing, planning, construction, and disputes. Due to continued growth within the Dublin office, our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Executive (Real Estate) to provide comprehensive support to the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional to contribute to high-value property transactions within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and register title documentation, including use of the Property Registration Authority website and e-stamping systems.

• Manage inbound and outbound title documentation, ensuring accurate record keeping and correspondence.

• Liaise with banks, local authorities, government departments, and vendor and purchaser solicitors.

• Prepare closing documentation and respond to post-registration queries from the Property Registration Authority.

• Coordinate data rooms and digital sites, and conduct property-related legal research.

• Provide administrative support to fee earners and Legal PAs, delegating tasks to Document Production where appropriate.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, complete mandatory training, and manage complaints and claims questionnaires.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document/case management systems.

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Demonstrated customer service experience with a consultative and solutions-focused approach.

• Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload under pressure.

• Enthusiastic, resilient, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality client service.

• Previous experience in a similar legal support role is desirable but not essential.
