Legal Documentation Manager - Debt and Capital Advisory

Grant Thornton UK seeks a Transaction Legal Coordinator (Manager) to lead the central legal process function within Strategic Advisory, coordinating NDAs, release letters and related documentation on live engagements. You will oversee the Assistant Manager and act as the senior contact for deal teams, clients and external advisers.

You will drive standardisation, work with AQRM and internal risk teams, and deliver regular reporting on volumes and turnaround times to show the function's value
