We've got an exciting opportunity for a Legal Counsel -(12-month FTC) to join our high-performing, collaborative Legal team at Virgin Media O2. Provide legal advice on consumer and data privacy issues to support business collaborators.
You'll be joining the Consumer & Data Legal team and reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel. From negotiating high-value contracts and advising on consumer propositions and terms, to shaping how we engage with customers and partners, your legal expertise will directly influence the way we serve millions of UK customers.

The must havesIn order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Qualified solicitor with degree-level education or equivalent professional legal qualification.
- Strong legal background in consumer law, gained in private practice and ideally supplemented with in-house experience.
- Demonstrable experience advising on commercial contracts, consumer propositions, and terms and conditions.
- Proficient in regulatory frameworks within a consumer-focused business.
- Skilled at delivering timely, commercially relevant legal advice in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple business areas and respond calmly under pressure.
- Sound commercial judgement and proactive problem-solving approach.
