Legal Counsel

Our client, a global AI business, is looking to hire a 4-7PQE commercial/technology lawyer to join their legal team in London. The successful candidate would report into the Legal Director and be part of a global legal team.

Job responsibilities include:

• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
• Working with sales, finance and product teams, leading on customer-facing negotiations
• Advising on a range of IT contracts and data privacy matters

The ideal candidate is likely to be a 4+PQE commercial/technology lawyer currently working in-house for a technology business (other sectors will be considered). This is an opportunity to join a technology business going through an exciting period of growth.
