Are you ready to make an international legal impact? Do you thrive in a dynamic, international environment where no two days are the same? At Kramp we're looking for a Legal Counsel who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands on legal work.
In this role, you'll support our business across Europe in the legal dept. consisting of a director and sr. legal counsel to handle a wide range of legal matters. You'll act as a trusted advisor to colleagues in a wide variety of other disciplines, supporting them with complex issues in contracts, compliance, and e commerce.
The roleProvide strategic and operational legal support to Kramp's global operations, including partnerships and M&A projects.
Be a proactive sparring partner for business leaders and colleagues across departments and countries. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
Ensure compliance with key legal areas such as privacy, competition law, product compliance, etc.
Manage and coordinate external legal counsels.

You enjoy working independently, are confident in your judgment, and communicate easily with colleagues from different backgrounds. You're flexible, pragmatic, and eager to grow alongside our expanding international organization.
Your backgroundMaster's degree in Dutch Law.
At least 3 6 years of relevant experience as a legal counsel or lawyer at a law firm.
You are able to work autonomously.
Strong command of English (other European languages are a plus).
Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can translate complex legal topics into clear, practical advice.
Skilled in cross cultural communication, comfortable working with international colleagues and external partners.
