Legal Counsel - Real Estate Joint Ventures

Danos Group seeks an experienced Legal Counsel to join their London office to advise on corporate real estate transactions and joint ventures. You will coordinate with external counsel on SPVs, funds, and accounts while supporting cross-border investments in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with at least 6 years' PQE, with a track record in real estate joint ventures and co-investment structures, and excellent communication and project-management skills.
