About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced legal professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth legal expertise, particularly in real estate transactions, due diligence, and land acquisition, and will play a key role in managing complex property-related legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage land acquisition processes in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements

• Conduct thorough legal due diligence for real estate assets and transactions

• Handle real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant legal documentation

Qualifications

• A law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and licensed to practice law

• 7 to 10 years of legal experience, strictly within top-tier law firms or leading real estate companies

• Proven track record in handling high-value property matters and navigating complex real estate laws
