Legal Counsel - Banking & Tech Finance

Verda is seeking a Legal Counsel in London to lead financing workstreams, debt facilities, and lender relations as we fund build-out of AI infrastructure globally.

You'll work hands-on with finance, treasury, and commercial teams, structuring financings and ensuring robust legal foundations across jurisdictions. This role offers a fast-paced, scalable environment with broad exposure to employment, contracts, and governance.
