Legal Counsel - 2 to 4 PQE - Major UK business

Recruiting a 2-4 PQE Commercial Lawyer to lead on the company's key commercial contracts with its main customers.

Reporting into the Lead Commercial Counsel.

• Leading on a range of commercial contracts including customer facing and supplier facing agreements.
• Assisting on corporate finance transactions.
• Providing legal advice to all levels of the UK business and managing key internal stakeholders such as the bids/tenders team.
• Managing external legal counsel.
• Advising on general legal & compliance matters.

You will interact closely with senior stakeholders and decision makers within the business. Therefore, you must bring significant commercial acumen to the negotiation table in this customer facing, sales driven environment.

The candidate must be based in the East Midlands and be able to commit to 3 days per week in the office.
