The Role

Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to fee earners, partners, and the wider team.

  • Managing files, document storage, and electronic filing systems.
  • Assisting with billing, credit control, and client account administration.
  • Producing and engrossing legal documents.
  • Conducting Land Registry and legal searches.
  • Managing data rooms, document bundles, and PDF documentation.
  • Providing general administrative support across the team.
The Candidate

Bring strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work.

  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with a methodical approach and keen eye for detail.
  • Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently when required.
  • Committed to delivering an excellent client experience.
