Job Description
Position: Legal and Governance Manager
Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15
Axios are seeking a highly organised and detail driven Legal and Governance Manager. This role is for candidates with experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary in a law firm or an inhouse legal department, who are confident in managing projects, meeting deadlines, and coordinating stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities- Assist operations and support teams in preparing and reviewing legal documents, including commercial agreements, NDAs, contracts, and policy documents.
- Manage version control, signature processes, and maintaining organised corporate legal documents and files (digital and physical) for the legal entities.
- Liaise with external counsel and internal teams to coordinate legal reviews of contracts, queries and documentation requests.
- Prepare briefs, summaries, and correspondence.
- Track governance deadlines, filings, and board approval workflows for legal entities.
- Assist in implementing a digital system for tracking governance and documentation of legal entities.
- Support onboarding and training processes linked to compliance or governance changes.
- Conduct legal research where required.

- Legal or Paralegal Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years' post qualification paralegal or inhouse legal experience is essential
- Strong understanding of common law.
- Understanding International law will be an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Legal research capability, and document preparation/management skills
- High level of computer literacy, and work effectively under deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and work things out skills
- Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer
- The position is based in our Dublin office.
- Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential.
