Zype is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Executive - Legal & Compliance at their Mumbai office. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience.

• Prepare and review a variety of legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.

• Ensure all legal paperwork complies with current laws and regulations.

• Perform legal research and provide insights into applicable laws and case precedents.

• Keep legal and corporate records well-organized and up-to-date.

• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for necessary filings and submissions.

• Support the execution of corporate governance tasks, including meetings of the board and shareholders.

• Help in applying best practices in corporate governance.

• Must hold an LLB (Bachelor of Laws) degree.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in legal and compliance roles.

• Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documentation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior work experience in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is essential.
