Legal AI Change Manager: Adoption & Stakeholder Success

Head Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Change Manager to lead AI/Automation change initiatives for a legal sector client. The role is Outside IR35, with initial 3-months and two onsite days per week in London or Manchester.

You will deliver change strategies, stakeholder engagement, storytelling, and readiness activities across complex corporate environments. Experience in legal environments and AI/Automation projects is highly preferred.
