Job Description
Legal Administrator Apprentice An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised individual to join a well-established professional services organisation in Hull as Legal Administrator Apprentice.

This apprenticeship offers the chance to gain hands on experience within a legal environment while working towards a recognised qualification. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the legal team, develop valuable workplace skills, and gain insight into the day-to-day operations of a busy legal office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to legal professionals and support staff.
  • Prepare and distribute documents and correspondence.
  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and post in a professional manner.
  • Book appointments and assist with diary management.
  • Organise and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of case files and legal documentation.
  • Update internal databases.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data protection procedures are followed at all times.
  • Provide a professional and friendly service to clients and colleagues.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A professional and positive attitude.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
