Leeds Planning Director: Regional Growth Lead

Carrington West is seeking an Associate Director - Planning to lead our Leeds/Yorkshire presence. You will own regional growth, manage key client relationships, and shape the Leeds team with senior leadership and cross-office collaboration.

Based from a shared Leeds office, you'll travel to Kent and London as needed, lead complex planning projects, and represent the firm at industry events, driving win rates and long-term market visibility.
