About the Role

The Department of Politics and International Studies is inviting applications for a part-time fixed-term Lecturer (Assistant Professor) position focusing on Domestic Politics in China (0.5 FTE Teaching 2025-26).

The successful candidate will contribute to the Department's research group on East Asia and teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including online and Executive Education programmes.

Responsibilities include convening and delivering both general and specialist modules, supervising dissertations, and providing pastoral support to students. The role requires collaboration with academic and non-academic staff across the Department and the School.
