We are seeking a dynamic Lecturer in Science provision for the School of Sport, Public Services, Science and Business.

Overview

As lecturer, you will deliver high quality teaching and learning, develop appropriate teaching techniques and materials that enable all learners to achieve their full potential and support educational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver curriculum for science courses.
• Assess and provide feedback to students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning practices.
• Engage in professional development and continuous improvement.
• Maintain records and contribute to department meetings.

Qualifications

• Teaching qualification desirable; expected to be obtained within the first 3 years if not already held.
• Relevant teaching experience in science provision.
• Strong commitment to student success and inclusive teaching.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Location & Salary

Based in Southend campus. Salary depends on qualifications and experience.
