As our Lecturer in Motor Vehicle, you will:- Deliver engaging, practical and inspiring teaching across Entry Level to Level 3 Motor Vehicle and Motorsport programmes.
- Prepare learners for successful careers by developing their technical knowledge, practical competence and professional behaviours.
- Plan, assess and monitor learner progress, providing high-quality feedback that enables every student to achieve their potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and employers to maintain an industry-relevant curriculum that reflects current automotive technologies and employer needs.
- Teach from our unique Shoreham Airport campus, using specialist automotive and motorsport workshops equipped with industry-standard facilities.

- Build strong links with leading employers, providing students with valuable industry placements, enrichment opportunities and clear progression routes.
- Be trusted to bring your industry expertise into the classroom, helping shape the next generation of automotive professionals.
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Motor Vehicle, Automotive Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Current or recent industry experience within the automotive, motorsport or vehicle maintenance sector.
- A passion for developing people, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching, learning and student outcomes.
