Job Description
About the Opportunity

Lecturer in Marketing (Teaching Only) - Fixed term, 0.29FTE, located in London, Devon House (StKatharine Docks)/Portsoken. Reporting to an assigned faculty line manager in the Faculty of Social Sciences.

Role and Responsibilities

The position involves developing and delivering innovative and inclusive teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the Business & Project Management discipline, and providing professional service commensurate with career stage. Preference will be given to candidates with an active interest in Marketing, International Business, Innovation, Sustainability and Ethics.

Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
  • FHEA status or expected status (desirable).
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt, innovate and promote inclusiveness in teaching.
  • Willingness and capacity for continuous professional development, particularly in AI, technology, data, sustainability and ethics.
  • Teaching competency in Marketing and related areas at Levels4-7.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
  • Proficient IT skills and experience integrating technology into learning.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.

Additional Information

Salary: Lecturer (G7) £42,701 - £48,035 pro rata per annum.
