The Role.
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Lecturer in Electrical Installation to join our Construction team.

You will deliver high quality teaching and assessment on City & Guilds Electrical Installation programmes from Level 1 to Level 3, working with both 16-18 learners and adult students on full time courses.

Key responsibilities.
- Plan, deliver, and assess Electrical Installation courses up to Level 3
- Support, motivate, and track learner progress to help students reach their full potential
- Contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement, and standardisation activities
- Manage classroom and workshop environments to a high standard, ensuring health and safety compliance
- Maintain up to date industry knowledge and incorporate real world electrical practice into teaching
- Participate in tutorials, assessments, and learner reviews in line with College requirements
Our Ideal candidate should have the following qualifications, skills and experience.
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (e.g. 2330, 2365, or equivalent)
- Substantial industry experience as an electrician
- Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for teaching and learner development
- A teaching qualification at Level 5, or a willingness to work towards one
- Possess an assessor qualification or be prepared to undertake the
- Qualification
- Have recent and relevant experience of teaching subject to learners from Level 1 to Level 3, (8202), 18th edition and 2391 with knowledge of Electrical Installation both City & Guilds
